Paint spraying production line
The dry spray booth is first filtered with a mist filter cotton and then by an activated carbon purifier. Some of the activated carbon is preceded by a paint mist filter cotton to prolong the life of the activated carbon.
The mist separation device does not use water during the process of separating the paint mist, and uses air to promptly remove paint mist and solvent gas generated during the spraying process to prevent its contamination from being painted and provide a better working environment for construction personnel.
Water-rotating Paint Spraying Room
The water spin chamber is a composite color plate structure of steel frame, which has sufficient strength and rigidity and is beautiful and generous. There is a small security door on the side to facilitate the entry and exit of the staff and facilitate the replacement of non-woven fabrics. The entire spray booth does not need openings. The paint mist on the surface of the water is screwed into the processing device through the water rotator to separate the paint from the water and treat the waste paint centrally for easy cleaning.
When the curtain spray booth is sprayed with paint, the paint mist hits the water curtain and is absorbed by the water and rushes into the lower water tank and stores up. Therefore, the chamber walls will not be contaminated. The paint mist that has not touched the water curtain was further absorbed by water mist sprayed out from atomizing nozzle in the exhaust system. Thus, it achieves the full treatment of paint mist, and there will be no pollution to the environment. The paint mist is flushed into the circulating water tank by the atomized water film. The remaining untreated paint mist is filtered out by the paint-blocking plate and the steam separator when passing through the cleaning area.
The three-sided curtain spray booth increases the area of the curtain wall on the basis of the single-sided curtain spray booth, thereby increasing the absorbing ability of the paint mist, keeping the paint booth clean and achieving better coating results.
