ZB type dust collector introduction:
Mechanical vibration type dust collector refers to the use of mechanical rapping device, periodic vibrating filter bag, used to remove the filter dust on the surface of the dust collector, known as mechanical vibration bag filter, and it is composed by dust collector shell, filter head plate and several rapping rods and cloth bags.
The mechanical vibrating bag filter is one of the commonly used bag filters. The main form is micro and small dust collectors. The shape of the mechanical bag filter is mainly used for vibration of flat belts. Filtration greatly increases the filtration area and improves the dust removal effect. The use of high-quality microporous composite filter material, strong flexibility, good dust stripping, cleaning easier, long working life, according to the vibration power is divided into manual vibration and automatic vibration bag filter, manual vibration operation is reliable, so that Ash removal is simple, quick and safe, and it can also be installed with electric vibrating and cleaning devices, which can be made according to customer requirements.
The product adopts a square body combined structure, and the assembly and installation are more flexible. The working principle is utilizing an electric push rod device installed above the entrance hole of the bag house to open the air inlet of the blowback tube and brings a negative pressure in the bag room to suck in a certain amount of wind. The natural wind shakes the bag to achieve the purpose of cleaning. It takes only half a minute in each room to remove dust deposits from dozens of cloth bags in the bag room.
